$13.95 Standard shipping or $16.95 Express shipping.

Free Standard shipping on all orders over $199.

We endeavor to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-3 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number. You must ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery. All Goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted the Goods may be retained by the driver. 

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays). 

All parcels are shipped through registered Australian post mail.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. 

 

Returns Information

We accept return of goods for exchange, for both faulty goods and change of mind.

If you change your mind and wish to exchange your goods, we will accept returns provided that: the return is made within 30 days from the date of purchase and on condition that we were notified within 15 days. Notification must be via email: sales@jgemporium.com.au. The method of return of goods is to be determined by us but at your own risk and cost. A refund will be returned to you upon full satisfaction of requirements.

Before you return the Goods to us, please carefully re-read any instructions and check the terms of your order acceptance.

A refund or exchange will be issued so long as.

• the goods have not been used.
• the goods are returned in their original packaging and condition.
• goods have been securely wrapped.
• package must include our delivery slip, or manufacturer’s delivery slip.
